Akshay has extensive experience of over 11+ years in the Supply Chain Industry. With early career exposure to Warehousing Operations, he is well-known in the industry for carving his way into managing and scaling end-to-end PAN India Transportation.

Optimising Supply Chain Costs, Data Analysis, Route Strategy/Optimisation, and Building Diverse Supplier Networks are recognised as his key strengths. With a successful track record, he became part of LP Logiscience in 2016 and was tasked with contributing to the growing mission of providing end-to-end logistic solutions for customers. Since then, he has built the Secondary Transportation Division from scratch, scaling the revenue tenfold, ensuring steady growth of over ~10% year on year, adding a pool of new customers to the portfolio, driving Automation/Tooling, and building a team of skilled professionals who help our customers achieve their supply chain goals. With several Customer Awards applauding Transportation Solutions over the years, this has served as direct testimony to the reliable service offerings and fuels the passion of Akshay and his team for meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Akshay is truly passionate about providing customers with value in terms of optimising their supply chain concerns – he does so through his ability to crunch numbers, decipher customer requirements, analyse route patterns, and build unique yet cost-effective solutions which are mutually beneficial. Apart from leading the Transportation Division right from Sales, Pricing, Operations, Accounting, and Delivery – he is also excited about working on building LP’s own environmentally friendly fleets to support our customers in achieving their Sustainability Goals; which in the future will certainly be part of the larger growth story.
