With close to 20 years of experience in the supply chain industry, Maniraj started out as a multi-customer facility manager, handling a 2 lac sq.ft. warehouse in 2017. Today he is a core team member at LP Logiscience thanks to his result-oriented professional attitude aided with a rich experience in Logistics, Warehouse Management, and Team Management. His expertise lies in Warehouse Management, Transportation management and MIS systems.
Maniraj has a rich experience in supervising customer service operations for rendering & achieving quality services. Prior to becoming Deputy General Manager Operations, Maniraj was also a Senior Manager in the Contract Logistics department, where he handled 4 lacs sq.ft of multi-customer Sites in Mumbai and Gujarat regions through and through. This included, managing capital expenditure (capex), profit & loss of the entire facility, Customer Escalation Management, Human Capital and Vendor Management, New Customer smooth Onboarding with no escalation and errors, and 100% WMS synchronization of warehouses.
While his career started out with a humble beginning as a logistics assistant in the early 2000’s. With consistent hard work that delivered results, Maniraj has made an indelible journey to the top.
