Key Duties & Responsibilities
- The candidate must be from the Logistics industry.
- Lead generation
- Present, promote and sell 3PL services to existing and new clients.
- Understanding customer requirements and proactively extracting maximum data
- Follow-up activities of lead generation, inquiries etc.
- Establish excellent rapport with customers to create long relationships.
- To develop new customers in tier 2 and 3 cities
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through till resolution
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Perform Cold-calling and work to build a strong customer pipeline.
- Ensure all reports are maintained and reported timely as required by the HOD.
- CTC up to 8 Lacs per annum.
